Avec Nous la Fabrique des Territoires (France)

Avec Nous la Fabrique des Territoires, based in Marseille, is the lead organisation of ZenG. Founded in 2007, the organisation works on social inclusion, digital literacy, community empowerment, and the fight against intersectional discrimination. Through initiatives such as Neighborhood Tables, Fab Labs, digital inclusion workshops, and community-based programmes, Avec Nous supports vulnerable young people, women from disadvantaged backgrounds, and residents facing social exclusion.

Within ZenG, Avec Nous leads the overall project management and coordinates the research and needs analysis phase. The organisation also contributes to the development of educational resources and hosts training activities in France. Its strong experience in community engagement and digital development ensures that the project reaches young people and youth workers in communities where mental health support is most needed.

Well-Being Lab (Sweden)

Well-Being Lab, based in Malmö, is an educational organisation focused on promoting psychological health, well-being, mindfulness, and self-awareness through non-formal education. The organisation works with young people, educators, and adult learners, offering workshops, retreats, mentoring, and mental health meetings that create safe spaces for open dialogue and personal growth.

In ZenG, Well-Being Lab contributes its expertise in mindfulness, stress management, self-care, emotional intelligence, and mental health education. The organisation co-develops the training modules and curriculum and hosts one of the project’s training activities in Sweden. Its role is central to ensuring that the project’s learning materials are practical, engaging, and grounded in well-being practices.

EQUALINE – European Center of Social Sciences, Culture and Sport (Greece)

EQUALINE is a non-profit organisation based in Veria, Greece, dedicated to equality, inclusion, human rights, education, culture, and sport. The organisation develops educational methodologies, conducts research, organises seminars and workshops, and promotes lifelong learning, social cohesion, and the empowerment of vulnerable and marginalized groups.

Within ZenG, EQUALINE brings strong expertise in non-formal education, inclusion, social justice, and emotional resilience. The organisation hosts the Kick-Off Meeting in Greece and contributes to the development of training modules, prototype tools, digital resources, and dissemination activities. Its involvement ensures that ZenG remains inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the needs of young people facing barriers to participation.
